These terms apply to every purchase made through Crown Home UK. The website is operated by UK CHANGE SOLUTIONS LIMITED (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Orders and contract
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we cannot verify the payment. If we decline an order after taking payment, we refund it in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. We take payment by debit or credit card and other methods shown at checkout; payment is processed securely on this website and we never see your full card details. If an obvious pricing error is discovered after you order, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Product information
We sell original, factory-new stock. Product descriptions and specifications are taken from the manufacturer and are accurate to the best of our knowledge; colours may vary slightly on different screens. Each product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty stated on its product page, in addition to your statutory rights.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we receive payment in full.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return an item for a full refund, as described in the Refund Policy. Faulty goods are handled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
8. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not liable for business losses, as we supply products for domestic and private use only. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Website content
All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names and trade marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales (or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there).
