Every order from Crown Home UK ships free to any UK mainland address. Here is how delivery works.
Delivery times
- Standard items (table-top dishwashers, vacuums, coffee machines, tools, bike computers): delivered in 3–6 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Large or heavy items (washer dryers, fridge freezers, full-size dishwashers, cookers, treadmills, ride-on mowers, generators, sheds): delivered by two-person courier or pallet in 5–10 business days. The courier will call or text to book a delivery day with you.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every order to England, Scotland and Wales. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the delivery time for your postcode. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the courier’s name and a tracking number. If you have not received a dispatch email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email contact@crownhomeuk.com with your order number.
On the day
Someone over 18 must be available to sign for the delivery. Please check the packaging before signing: if a box is visibly damaged, either refuse the delivery or sign as “damaged” and email us photos the same day so we can resolve it quickly.
Two-person deliveries are to the room of your choice on the ground floor where access allows; pallet deliveries are kerbside unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please make sure there is suitable access for a large vehicle. We do not install appliances or remove old ones.
Missing or damaged items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if anything is missing or damaged and we will send a replacement or arrange a collection and refund at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.
